Be sure to read this month's Celtic Cultural Column and Christine's Corner. The Celtic Cultural Column talks about some of the wonderful attributes of our past president, Christine Arimento and then delves into some changes and additions for the short and long term. Christine's Corner is her last column as president. You won't want to miss her final thoughts, in writing, as the Clubs longest tenured president. Our St. Patrick's Dinner/Dance on February 26th is the earliest celebration in the area. It is also our largest fund raiser of the year. We need everyone's support to make this a successful event. Please try to bring a friend or neighbor. The cost is reasonable and there is no additional charge for non-members. The goal is to have at least 200 adults, plus children. Don't wait until the last minute, contact Joe Cirillo before the end of January and please get your checks into him in a timely manner. The next column deals with dues. Your prompt attention to this matter is also appreciated. Joe works tirelessly making calls for the dues and the St. Patrick's Dinner. Try to make it a little easier on him and be courteous and tend to the aforementioned in a timely manner...thank you! The Winter Park St. Patrick's Parade is on Sunday, March 4th. We meet at Whipple St. and Park Avenue by 1:30. The parade kicks off at 2:00 pm promptly. This year, we are going to have live musicians riding on a truck. We will have an uilleann piper (Irish), fiddler and a button box player. The music will be heard through amplifiers. There are cars available to those that need a ride. Ask friends and neighbors to join in with us. It is a great day to be Irish and even more fun to join in with the activities. After the parade, meet in the park to hear Tommy & Annette Doyle play some Irish favorites. Tir Na Greine and Watter's School of Irish Dance will be performing on the stage. Hope to see everyone at the St. Patrick's Dinner, ________________________________________________________ News Editors: Let us know what's going on in your neck of the
